    I truly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental and physical health. I use this approach to tailor customized sessions for each client and their goals. ​ Hypnosis can offer clients a head start to release any bad habits and negative thoughts whether that's food or lifestyle related. After getting to the root cause of any issue, implementing new habits and belief systems is key. I use my knowledge as a holistic health coach to then guide you to reach your goal. This combination is a game-changer for many clients.
  • What is hypnosis?
    Hypnosis is a relaxed trance-like state, in which we quit the conscious mind, to bypass the critical part of the brain and go straight to the more suggestible, subconscious mind. This technique is used to break deep-rooted limiting beliefs, stop habits and cravings and relieve physical or mental pain. ​
  • How effective is hypnotherapy?
    In 1970, Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. conducted a survey of scientific literature to compare recovery rates for various modalities of therapy: Psychoanalysis can be expected to have a 38% recovery rate after approximately 600 sessions. Behavior therapy can be expected to have a 72% recovery rate after an average of 22 sessions. Hypnotherapy can be expected to have a 93% recovery rate after an average of 6 sessions

  • ​How does hypnosis feel?
    You'll feel rested and relaxed throughout the session. It is important to note that you will always have the power to get in and out of trance. I won't be able to make you do anything you don't want to do. Hypnosis like many human conditions is a very personal experience. Some will feel a heightened focus and an amazing ability to come up with solutions to their problems while in trance, others will have a beautiful and highly visual experience that will lead them to their breakthrough.
  • Do virtual sessions work as well as in-person sessions?
    Hypnotherapy works amazingly virtually, it gives the client the chance to relax in the comfort of their own home and thus have a deeper experience.
  • Is everyone hypnotizable?
    Yes, everyone is hypnotizable. Hypnosis is a natural state of being that occurs many times a day and for a certain amount of time during your early childhood years.
  • How many sessions do I need?
    Every hypnotherapy session will leave you feeling refreshed and optimistic. Many clients experience major breakthroughs in their first session. Hypnotherapy is a personal journey and depending on your goals and motivation the number of sessions you might need varies.
  • ​What is Holistic Health Coaching?
    Holistic Health Coaching involves treating the whole person in regard to health and wellness. While a good diet and nutrition help build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only aspect we will look at. Nutrition for a healthy mind and body extends far beyond food. This includes spirituality, career, physical activity, and relationships. Research continues to support the use of lifestyle changes involving exercise, spiritual practice, diet, and other behaviors for conditions such as chronic stress, weight loss, migraines, headaches, constipation, and arthritis, as well as many others.
