Hypnosis is a relaxed trance like state, in which we quite the conscious mind, to bypass the critical part of the brain and go straight to the more suggestible, subconscious mind. This technique is used to break deep rooted limiting believe, stop habits and cravings and relieve physical or mental pain.

How does hypnosis feel ? 

Hypnosis feels like a deep meditation. You'll feel rested and relaxed throughout the session. It is important to note that you will always have the power to get in and out of trance. I won't be able to make you do anything you don not want to do. That only happens in bad movies:) 

What is Health Coaching ?

Holistic Health Coaching involves treating the whole person in regards to health and wellness. While a good diet and nutrition helps build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only aspect we will look at. Nutrition for a healthy mind and body extends far beyond food. This includes spirituality, career, physical activity, and relationships. Research continues to support the use of lifestyle change involving exercise, spiritual practice, diet, and other behaviors for conditions such as chronic stress, weight loss, migraines, headaches, constipation, and arthritis, as well as many others. 

My Approach 

I truly believe that one persons food is another persons poison and there is no one size fits when it comes to diet and wellness. I use this approach to tailor a customized plan to each client and their goals.

Hypnosis can offer clients a head start to release any cravings or bad habits around food and lifestyle, while coaching will guide them down the right path to optimal health. This combination is a game changer for many clients.
